Calling out the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for a decent opportunity! United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and KP Information Technology Board are offering free training under Digital Jobs through Advanced Digital Skills. Youth holding the domicile of KPK and newly merged districts of FATA can apply for this for improving their job prospects in both national and global job markets. KP Youth Employment Program aims to develop a team of specialists on fundamental advanced and extremely demanded skills of the market such as cloud computing and data analytics through training 1200 youth (at least 30 % females).

Objectives of the project:

• Train youth the core skills of Amazon Web Services [AWS Foundation, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate], Microsoft Azure [MCSD: Web Applications], Big Data Analytics [Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA Data Analyst)].
• Mentoring trainees for their certifications.
• Organizing Digital Talent Expo event to fill the KP youth with industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age limit for the applicant is thirty-five (35) years.
• Only ICT graduates or ICT students in their final year (including Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, System Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Data Science, etc.) are eligible to apply.
• Applicant must be a graduate or in final semester/year with CGPA 2.5 or above
• Only applicants holding the domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts) are eligible to apply.
• A valid CNIC is mandatory for an applicant to apply.
• Females, transgender people, and people with disability will be preferred and are highly encouraged to apply.
