Every year Higher Education Commission announces undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships for the students of Baluchistan and FATA. Applications are invited from outstanding students from Baluchistan, and erstwhile FATA who intend to pursue postgraduate studies (MS/M.Phil. Program) and Bachelor programs from HEC recognized local Universities/Degree Awarding Institutions (DAIs). HEC is offering these Scholarships for the academic year 2019-20 in all areas of studies/disciplines under its project named “Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for the Students of Baluchistan and FATA (Phase-II)”.
​Undergraduate Scholarship Program 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must hold local domicile from Baluchistan or Erstwhile FATA.
• Applicant must have completed 12 years of education.
• Maximum age is 22 years on the closing date.
• Applicants who are already receiving HEC scholarship are not eligible.
• Result expecting candidates are not eligible to apply.

Scholarship Details:

• Tuition fees and other charges (including hostel fee) up to 60,000 per semester/year.
• Living allowance of Rs. 6000 per month.
• Book allowance of 5000 per annum.
• You are traveling allowance of Rs. 5000 per annum.
• Initial settlement allowance of 10000(once).
• Scholarships will be awarded on merit and district quota.
• Applicants will be shortlisted on Aptitude test (by HEC) and other credentials.
• Applicants are required to fill an online application
