The Website can be used to facilitate the listing and registration of student of various educational fields to connect with organization of all types such as Startups, Small and Medium Enterprises & Large-Scale Enterprises. You may view the listings of students seeking employment and organizations offering employment as an unregistered visitor to the Website. However, if you wish to avail our services, you must first register to create a Consuldents Account. Consuldents makes available an online platform or a market place community for Students and Organizations to connect directly with each other.
Please note that, Consuldents and it services are intended to facilitate the Users and its account holders by connecting the two entities with each other. The website owner does not control the content contained in any listings and any profile of Organization or a candidate, legally or suitability of any User. Consuldents exclude out of any responsibility or liability related to any consultancy hiring or booking. Additionally, any booking or hiring will be done on User’s own risk.
The content of our Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You may not remove, alter, change or obscure any copyrights or trademarks from the collective content, including text, images, videos, graphic, logos, colors, icons and coding of the website, and from any portion of the website. The trademarks, copyrights, service marks and other intellectual property rights are the registered and licensed authority of Consuldents. All the trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade names or any propriety rights incorporated in the website content may only be used for personal purpose or for internal business purpose, for it is meant to signify the identity of our brand.
Unless otherwise provided in Student’s Terms of Reference, all intellectual property rights in or relating to any works produced during the course of student’s appointment shall belong to the organization who is posting the assignment. All materials produced or acquired under the terms of a project appointment – written, graphic, film, magnetic tape or otherwise – shall belong exclusively to the Organization who is posting the assignment – whether projects are of paid or voluntary category. The Organization retains the exclusive right to publish or disseminate in all languages reports arising from such materials. The rights and duties provided for in this paragraph shall continue indefinitely, notwithstanding your termination and agreed Terms of Reference.
Students also agree that all knowledge and information not already within the public domain which you may acquire from the organization or its employees or by virtue of your assignment shall for all time and for all purposes be regarded by you as strictly confidential and held by you in confidence and shall not be directly or indirectly disclosed by you to any person whatsoever excepting with the Organization’s prior written permission.
In all circumstances, upon student’s receipt of payment from an organization in case of a paid project, the deliverables, milestone, work product, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights as defined above, will be the sole and exclusive property of the organization, and organization will be deemed to be the author thereof. Except as set otherwise, student retains no rights to use, and will not challenge the validity of organization’s ownership in, such Intellectual Property Rights. Students hereby waives any moral rights, rights of paternity, integrity, disclosure and withdrawal or inalienable rights under applicable law in and related to the deliverable.
Consuldents is not a party to the dealings between students and organizations, including posts, proposals, screening, selection, assigning, and performance of TORs. Consuldents does not introduce Students to Organizations or help Students find projects. Consuldents merely makes the Site Services available to enable Students to identify and determine the suitability of projects for themselves and to enable organizations to identify and determine the suitability of projects for themselves. Consuldents does not, in any way, supervise, direct, or control student or student’s work. Consuldents does not set student’s work hours, work schedules, or location of work. Consuldents will not provide students with training or any equipment, labor, or materials needed for a Contract. Consuldents does not provide the premises at which the students will perform the work. Consuldents makes no representations about, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of, the Services; the truth or accuracy of student’s listings on the Site; the qualifications, background, location or identities of students or the organizations; the ability of students to deliver the Services; the ability of organizations to pay for the Services; or that a project posted can or will actually complete in its entirety.
All organizations make payments as per their individual contract with the students. Consuldents as a platform and its affiliates takes no responsibility in loss of payments, delayed payments, no payments, partial payments by or on behalf of the organizations to students. Consuldents has payment mechanisms set up with companies which may change from time to time and have their own terms and conditions of use, for which both organizations and students should refer to those T&Cs and against which Consuldents have no responsibility, whatsoever under any circumstances.
The fees to use the Site and Site Services are paid solely by the Organizations. When an organization pays a student, Consuldents will credit the student account for the amount paid or released, and then subtract a Consuldents service fee equivalent to 5% of the transaction amount (the “Service Fee”). Student agrees to pay Consuldents the Service Fee for using the Site’s communication, messaging and payment services.
If an organization fails to pay the student fees or any other amounts due under the Terms of Reference, whether by canceling credit or debit card, initiating an improper chargeback, or any other means, Consuldents may suspend or close Organization’s account and revoke access to the Site, including organization’s authority to use the Site to process any additional payments, enter into Service Contracts, or hire students. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Consuldents at our sole discretion, may make appropriate reports to credit reporting agencies and law enforcement authorities and cooperate with credit reporting agencies and law enforcement authorities in any resulting investigation or prosecution.
The Site may contain links to third-party application or website or resources. Consuldents claim to hold no responsibility of any convenience, damage or incident caused by directing to the external links for it is out of our control and we have no affiliations or connection to any third party or any external links appearing on the Website. Links to such Website, products or services do not imply any endorsement by Consuldents. You hereby agree to and take responsibility of any risk or occurrence followed by the use of external links, leading to any website, content, product or services.
Consuldents follow and respect the copyright laws and anticipates its users to do the same. According to Consuldents policy it is a priority task to terminate any situations or account members of Consuldents that violate the laws or are found to be continuously infringing the rights of copyright holders.

Consuldents does not investigate any remarks/comments posted by Users for accuracy or reliability but may do so if a User requests that Consuldents do so. You may be held legally responsible for damages suffered by other Users as a result of your remarks if such remarks are legally actionable or defamatory. Consuldents is not legally responsible for any feedback or comments posted or made available on the Site by any Users or third parties, even if that information is defamatory or otherwise legally actionable. Consuldents reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to remove posted feedback or information that, in Consuldents sole judgment, violates the Terms of Service or negatively affects our marketplace.
We secure any personal data submitted to us by our visitors or account members. We prioritize our user’s privacy by assuring that the information is perfectly stored, secured and managed within our domain. Additionally, the information of a user is shared to the concerned in cases where it is applicable to law.
We hereby exclude out of any responsibility or liability to any loss, inconvenience, expense of any nature occurred to our users or any external part connected to them, caused by access to or use of our Website.
